Spectral 125 CF 7

A wolf in sheep’s clothing

Don’t let the numbers mislead you: the Spectral 125 extracts huge performance from its 140 mm front and 125 mm rear travel. With its modern, progressive geometry, this bike’s long, low, slack, and ready to shred. For confidence on steep descents and at high speeds on rough terrain, it features a slackened 64-degree head tube angle and an extended reach.

Durability-boosting smart features

Spend more time in the saddle and less time in the workshop – we designed the Spectral 125 to be as durable and reliable as possible. Internal cable routing makes replacing cables and lines super-easy, and robust double-sealed industrial bearings, a special grease compound, and replaceable thread inserts all improve durability.

Geo adjust

The 2-position (LO/HI) Flip Chip shock mount offers 0.5 degrees of adjustment to head tube and seat tube angles, and changes BB height by 8 mm. Bikes come as standard in the LO setting, for increased downhill stability and confidence. Switch to HI for more ground clearance on technical climbs, as well as a direct handling feel.

Bike classification

This category also covers the requirements of categories 1-3. In addition it includes use on very harsh, obstacle-scattered terrain with steep gradients and consequently higher speeds. Regular, moderate jumps pose no problem for experienced riders when using these bikes. Extended and regular use in bike parks and tackling “North Shore” sections should be avoided. Due to increased stresses, these bikes should be checked for damage after every ride. Full suspension bikes with mid-level travel are typical in this category.
