Stock-taking: 30 Sept - 4 Oct 2019 – Showroom closed from 28 Sept, 2pm
We will be doing a complete stocktake from 30 September to 3 October 2019 inclusive. Because we don’t want you to waste your trip to the Canyon Showroom, please take a look at our changed opening hours and notes on service and shipping during the stocktake period.
The showroom in Koblenz will be closed from Saturday 28 September, 2 pm – 3 October inclusive. Back open as normal from 4 October.
No bikes or other goods can be dispatched or collected during the stocktake.
The shipping pause will delay all orders made during the stocktake. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.
The service workshop will be open as usual. However no goods (including replacement parts) may be sold during the stocktaking period. We will gladly take your bike, and we can release bikes we’ve already fixed and invoiced.
You’ll still be able to place orders on our website as usual. Our telephone support hotline and live online chat will also be available as normal.
